Abstract

This article analyses Brian O'Nolan's submitted-failed-and resubmitted master’s thesis on Medieval irish Nature poetry (Nádúir-fhilíocht na Gaedhilge), with a focus on how the student O’Nolan’s discussion of poetry relates to theories of the modernists T.S. Eliot and Ezra Pound.
